Cellulose pad making machinery

Cellulose pad making machinery is used to produce cellulose pads, which are commonly used in products such as cooling pads, air fresheners, and absorbent materials. 

Pulp Preparation System:

Pulp Mill: To process raw cellulose fibers into pulp.

Hydropulper: To mix and agitate the pulp with water to form a slurry.

Forming Section:

Forming Machine: To create the initial cellulose pad structure by distributing the pulp slurry onto a mesh or screen.

Vacuum System: To remove excess water from the forming pad.

Pressing Section:

Drying Section:

Packing Section:

Packing Machine: To package the finished cellulose pads for storage and distribution.
