Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder (glue)
It's the urea and formaldehyde reaction of polymer. Also known as melamine urea formaldehyde resin.
The main purpose of urea-formaldehyde resin used as a wood adhesive. urea formaldehyde resin powder is a powdered form of standard urea formaldehyde resin. As an easy-to-use, long-shelf-life, and easy-to-transport powder product, it is used in water dispersion and applied in combination with hardeners, fillers, and modifiers according to users' technical formula.
For making or processing structural panels, hardboard, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), plywood, chipboard, plywood, wallboard, laminated veneer lumber, ceiling tile, laminated wooden products, and other wooden products; for making wood adhesives.
--> The low viscosity of the glue is beneficial to the mixing heat transfer and continuous production.
--> The polymerization rate is fast, the polymerization can be carried out at a lower temperature.
--> Facilitates the direct use of latex and the production of environmentally friendly products.
According to the application characteristics of the cooling pad, using emulsion polymerization and interpenetrating network technology, which make the water resistance, adhesion strength and temperature resistance of the product can be improved obviously. With a small particle size, weather resistance, water resistance, pollution resistance, and other characteristics, mainly used in cooling paper adhesive production, etc.
